Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 4.5+ years

CTC: 4.5 - 6.5 lac pa

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, monitor & follow-up with key personnel on recruiting plans
  • Sourcing through various job portals, social/professional networking sites as per the requirements
  • Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives
  • Adapt with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps etc.
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle hiring
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicant
  • Able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for employees
  • Assist in determining, rolling out and negotiating offer packages
  • Perform other special projects as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Handled end to end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (preferably a combination of both agency and corporate recruiting experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management
